This has become an essential pan in my kitchen. It is good for so many applications, but I wanted it mostly for making creamed potatoes. There is just two of us, so I needed something small. (No damage done to it with the masher) It will also make a great cheese sauce, with no sticking, and a small quantity of rice pudding. Turns out it's pretty good for many jobs. I make a risotto for two in it, with absolutely no sticking or burning. It is solid, extremely well made and I expect it will last for years. I also purchased two other sizes in this pan and they have pretty much rendered most of my other pans obsolete. Dare I also confess I put them all in the dishwasher!!! They come out like new pans every time. Highly recommend them.

This pot has been a fantastic addition to my kitchen and worth every penny. I replaced an old, worn out nonstick pot with this stainless steel one and I’m mad at myself for not switching earlier. Heats up fast, is extremely durable, and works great!

Absolutely phenomenal pot, I use it almost every day! Takes some getting used to when cooking with stainless steel as well as cleaning it, but I love how we'll it works.

I'm returning to retract my review from earlier (below). I received a bit of education on the difficulty that I was having with cleaning the pot (note, no one at this company attempted to reach out to help or make recommendations), and I'm much more satisfied with the pot itself. I'm upgrading to four stars. -------------------------------------------------------- This pot was delivered exactly one month ago. It's pretty out of the box, and has a nice sturdy feel. I had convinced myself that if I gave it time, I would resolve my concern. Doesn't appear to be the case. I've tried barkeepers, soaking etc., and the pot has a white film that won't completely clean off. Except for once, I haven't cooked food in it. I've only boiled water in it for my tea - using bottled spring water. Someone said in another comment that they, "Love how it cleans up." I'm wondering if we received the same item? So, I initially needed two pots, I still need two pots, and I'm out of quite a chunk of money to boot, which is pretty painful.
