Fantastic Product
I've been trying to improve my protein intake. I've tried several vegan protein shakes which are not particularly nice. I decided to try this product. I have porridge for breakfast and I've been adding 15g to my bowl. I'm so happy with this product. They don't have any flavour. I would say the texture (before they go into liquid) is like small unsweetened rice crisps. They have a rice crispy texture too. When they go into liquid, they soften and expand slightly. It's a great way for us vegans to get additional protein. I highly recommend.

Pricey, but great for improving protein intake as a Vegetarian
Great product. Eady purchase. Helps me improve my protein intake. Tastes great, I add em in to my porridge oats. Easy to just add on top of my porridge. A little pricey, but I keep an eye out for deals and offers.

Crunchy with decent protein
These soya Crispies are great to add crunch and extra protein to yogurt and fruit. They have no flavour what so ever so I wouldnβt want to eat them with just milk but added to other things like yogurt and porridge theyβre great. Iβm trying to up protein and as a veggie having some5hing to supplement is great but I canβt bear protein powder or bars so these are a brilliant addition. Theyβre great stirred into melted chocolate and left to set like a rice crispie bar as a decent protein snack too.

Game Changer
Vegans donβt struggle with protein intake (I keep being told) but i do. Im on a calorie deficit and these are a game changer. They are super crispy and can be sprinkled over everything. They can be used savoury or sweet and i even eat them on their own with a little garlic powder. I have them on porridge in my fruit salad and 15g gives me 11.9g of protein and is 59kcal. Ive just purchased my 2nd bag and they will definitely be a staple in my diet. Oh and for my next recipe mix with pistachio butter and coat with chocolate :)

NOT gluten free
These are advertised as gluten free. I bought them to bake for my coeliac son. However when you read the packaging it states they are produced in an environment where gluten containing ingredients are produced.

Easy way to add more protein into diet
Easy to use daily for added protein. Texture remains firm when added to yogurt.
