Actually Works on Deep, Painful Pimples – Worth the Hype
I was a little skeptical at first because I’ve tried so many pimple patches that just sat on my skin and didn’t do much. But these actually work — and fast. The microdarts are the real game changer. You can feel a slight tingle when you first put it on, which I personally take as a good sign that it's doing something. I use them on those painful, under-the-skin zits that you can feel brewing before they even surface. I pop one of these on at night and by morning the bump is either completely gone or significantly reduced. It doesn’t dry out my skin either, probably thanks to the hyaluronic acid. They stay on really well through the night and don’t peel off like other patches I’ve tried. The price is a little high for only 20 patches, but honestly, I don't need to use them constantly. I save them for those annoying emergencies — the big, angry pimples that show up at the worst times — and they’ve never let me down. If you deal with those deep, hormonal breakouts or stubborn early-stage pimples, these are worth trying.

Only microdart patches that work for me
It's unfortunate that these patches are so expensive because they work so well. I purchased other microdart patches and they do not work at all. The combination of the wipes and the patches are amazing. It's easy to use, the patches stay on overnight and my zits are pretty much dead by the morning. I have very sensitive skin with rosacea and these patches do not irritate my skin.

I was very pleased with the patches, just expensive!

I like the product but don't love the price
Overall, I like the product. I have a problem with hormonal and cystic acne. I'm switching birth controls and am experiencing some of the juiciest pimples I've ever had. Normally I use the CosRx pimple patches but I came across a review of this product on YouTube. Intrigued by the idea that little needles inject medication directly into the problem area, I did some research and I found so many websites claiming that this was THE pimple patch for acne like mine. I bought this zitsticka miracle patch and here I am. Swelling and Pimple Pain: the swelling decreased for most of my pimples when I took off the sticker. The size difference fell short of my expectations for the really juicy pimples and I didn't see much of a size difference after one sticker. It took 2 or 3 patches for drastic improvement on the juicy pimples. The sticker did help with how sensitive the pimple was to touch and I did notice a difference. This sticker does well for the normal pimples as far as swelling and pain is concerned and I did see improvement for normal pimples after one patch Redness and Irritation: I did not have any irritation with the stickers or the cleaning wipes that come in the package. I don't think I noticed a giant difference with redness but redness wasn't my main concern Pimple Patch Needle and Wipe Pain: the micro needles did hurt a little when I put the stickers on my very inflamed pimples but the pain was short lived. Otherwise, no pain associated with putting it on my less inflamed pimples or taking the sticker off the pimples. I found the wipes to be painless and they didn't sting my skin. Adhesion: the stickers stayed put and they didn't lift with one exception. I put another sticker on my very inflamed pimple (in the pictures) for a second day in a row and the pimple burst in the morning under the sticker and pus oozed from under the patch and down my cheek/chin. I felt very sexy in that moment. Price: they should get rid of the wipes and add more stickers to make it worth the price. I probably will not buy this product again unless they change the price or replace the wipes with more stickers. Update 12/12: Amazon notified me that a few people found my review helpful so I thought I would give a ~6 month update. One thing I forgot to mention is that this product is not a hydrocolloid patch and will not suck the juices out of your pimples if you accidentally pop one like I did when I was trying out the zitsticka patch. I had to let it drain before putting on a hydrocolloid sticker on the cystic pimple to help it drain all the way. I did not buy this product again and continue with my CosRx patches. The price detouredme from purchasing this again since the amount of pimples on my face at the time was more than the amount of stickers provided in one box. I also may be a bit biased against buying these again since my acne has calmed down tremendously after getting used to my new birth control pill (combined with topical prescrptions) and I no longer have the inflamed/cystic acne on the level I had over the summer. If it wasn't for an Amazon notification, I would have forgot about this product. I'm going to leave my initial review of 4 stars since the patches did help with swelling and inflammation but otherwise, this product was overpriced and forgettable.

Don’t hesitate because of the price!
Umm these are the holy freakin grail! I’ve tried Hero patches as well as Panoxyl and these decimate angry, under the skin pimples. They do slide and don’t have the same adhesive quality. I find they’re much easier to apply and the fact they’re individually wrapped was at first questionable but there was no disappointment. I could use 5 of the previously stated brands and not see the same results from a single use of one patch from Killa. Buy them!

Work okay, pricey
I appreciate the sterile packaging and the preparation but don’t feel the microdarts penetrate enough for deeper zits. Unfortunately I think the Hero microdart patches work better for a lower cost.

Bye bye pimples!
I was SUPER skeptical about these because, let's be honest, anything promising to clear up pimples seems like a scam. But I finally decided to just give these a try. To be clear- I don't have bad acne and don't get horrible breakouts. I only get a few pimples a month (usually due to stress or hormones). But those few pimples are usually the kind that get big quick and stick around for a few days. So it was worth it to me to try something that might shorten their life! The first pimple I tried it on was on my chin (I get this one every month and it's always a pain to get rid of). I think I waited a day too long to give the patches a try and the zit was getting deep and red! I put a patch on and the next morning, it seemed to calm down a bit but not as much as I was hoping. So I did it again the next night with the same result the next morning. I finally decided this pimple was a lost cause and let nature take its course. I will say that this pimple didn't stick around for as long as it usually does and didn't become as big a problem as usual. The other day I woke up and noticed a pimple forming on my forehead, but I was heading to work and couldn't do much about it and just prayed it'd lay low until I got home that evening. When I got home, I immediately applied a patch because I could see the spot getting redder and bigger. SEVEN HOURS LATER, I decided to remove the patch before bed just to see if it worked because I could under the patch that the swelling had gone done considerably. When I removed the patch, I was shocked! It was all gone. The next morning I was worried it would return- but nothing!! It was like nothing had ever been there. So I think that's the trick for me- as soon as I see a bad pimple coming up, I need to apply a patch asap. These little guys really work and I recommend them- whether you want to get rid of a pimple instantly or shorten its time on your face. These are worth it and I'm impressed! I will definitely order more and keep these handy when I travel!

Better than all the other pimple stickers
Overview: I get one giant cystic pimple every year/couple of years, and usually I would try to pop it for several weeks, but then realize it's destroying my skin, and eventually go to the dermatologist for a cortisone shot if I needed to go anywhere. A cortisone shot is around $40 where I live, but the hassle of making an appointment/going to the doctor's office was very off-putting for me. Sometimes I cannot get an appointment for several weeks, which renders the shot useless at that point. I decided to try this because the advertising seemed promising, and the technology seems unique. I had hopes that my pimple (already been developing for 2 weeks) would come to a head at the surface after 1-2 uses--which is what the advertising sort of suggests. Unfortunately, my pimple never came to a head, but the swelling reduced significantly after 3 uses. After the 4th use, it's become pretty flat and manageable, and I'm really glad I didn't pop the pimple. So overall, within a week, my giant nodule has become just a tiny blemish. However: That would all be fine except, this box costs almost the same price as a cortisone shot, which delivers immediate and much more effective results. My pimple, after using 5 sets of these stickers (cleanser+sticker) is still there and has not come to a head even though it is much smaller and ignorable. One box only contains 8 stickers, so basically this whole box, and a week of time was dedicated to fighting this one pimple. If given the choice between a cortisone shot and this sticker, I would 100% pick the cortisone shot. Final thoughts: Even though the stickers have their drawbacks, I believe these are the ONLY stickers on the market that actually work for the types of pimples I would put a sticker on for. If you're the type of person who struggles with constant cystic acne...this is probably not the best option for you, but for those who just once in a while gets a horrible cystic blind pimple and needs it to go away, this is the ONLY sticker that I've tried that actually works. None of the other surface stickers do anything to address these blind pimples. Additionally, the Company;'s advertising suggests that the most effective time to use these stickers is in the early stages of the pimple's development. I used this product kind of late in the timeline. I plan to buy another box to keep on hand and to slap on at the first moment of my next blind pimple. I believe then the sticker would achieve its full potential. Overall, happy with the product, would buy again, but definitely not as effective as a cortisone shot which costs around the same price.
