Végétarienne depuis plus de 20 ans, on m'a diagnostiqué il y a quelques mois une carence en fer. La spiruline et la chlorelle sont des micro algues réputées pour leurs apports très riches en protéines et en fer, elles sont justement très appréciées par les sportifs pour ces qualités nutritives. Après 3 mois d’utilisation (2 gélules par jour, 1 le matin, 1 le soir), une prise de sang a révélé que mon taux de fer était remonté, et je suppose que la prise de ces gélules n'y est pas étrangère. Elles n'ont pas de goût, par contre quand on ouvre le flacon il y a une forte odeur d'algues, ce qui ne m'a pas particulièrement incommodée, mais je sais que cela peut en écœurer d'autres.
