BHD Stained Glass Lead Vise, Spring Loaded, Cast Iron, Metallic

Easy to use works excellent for new stained glass artist!

I have used it a few times now and no problems. Be sure to give the cam a solid tap with a small mallet once the came is in place under it. This "sets" the teeth of the cam into the lead. The spring along with the camming action holds the lead in place while you pull on the other end with plyers. I just pull until it gives. Don't over-stretch the lead or it will be ruined.

Easy to use for stretching lead cam for stained glass. The price is quite reasonable too.

Works well

This vise does not work. I tried multiple times, and multiple ways to stretch my lead came using this but the vice does not grip the came. The came just slips out when you try to stretch it. Do not buy this item

This stretches your cane. You need your foot to hold the cane in the tool so it does not slip when your stretch it.

Exactly what I needed to stretch came! Sturdy enough to do the job!!

Fair price, made well, works great! Would buy again.
