Umberto Giannini Banana Butter Nourishing Superfood Shampoo & Conditioner Set, Vegan & Cruelty Free Moisturising Formula for Dry, Textured or Frizzy Hair

I’m a curly girl and have been using Umberto’s products for about 4 years now. Love this shampoo, it’s free of all the bad stuff yet cleans really well. I co-wash also, but when I need to feel a ‘shampoo clean’, this is my go-to. Leaves my hair feeling moisturized, never dry. I just got a shorter bob, cut at my chin, and for the first time in about 7 years, I straightened my hair using a round brush and blow dryer. It was after washing with the banana shampoo and my hair was SO SHINY!! Love the banana scent!! I also use his conditioner for curly hair in the pink tube. Great product, give it a try—it’s a really good price too!

My daughter has thick and long ringlet curls and we have been on a mission to find good products for her hair which can get very dry and frizzy. This leave in is amazing!! It smells so yummy and it leaves her hair silky soft. A small amount goes a long way. It doesn’t cause build up and I am able to oil her hair along with it. Great product overall.

I have bought this shampoo before. I love the shampoo. It smells so good on my hair. it is hard to find any shampoo's with banana in them. the Shampoo is great. The packaging and shipping. by Amazon was terrible. My shampoo arrived broken and all over the shipping bag. amazon was good at replacing my shampoo. Not sure how the warehouse is going to like a broken shampoo coming back. Amazon wants the broken shampoo and container sent back. over all I love the shampoo. I have used the conditioner too. it comes in a set too. I love the banana coconut detangler. that is sold by Umberto giannini too. Amazon needs to improve there packaging. by not sending fragile things in plastic shipping bags. Also driver's need to be careful too. When it was delivered. I heard the package hit my house. I was very disappointed to open the package and have shampoo all over the bag. I really wanted to use my new Umberto Giannini banana shampoo.

My hair started falling out in chunks slowly in the shower. I am very surprised at these reviews. I have extremely long hair pass my booty I'm 5'3 to my surprise my hair falls out after each wash. I stop use after 3rd wash not happy at all. Hair Falls from my roots. 3weeks of this I regret the purchase. It smells great. Hair felt soft but hate the hair loss part.

I like the thickness, hate the tubes. Smell is OK.. think of a banana taffy taffy or banana runtz. Decent, but nothing special. Won't repurchase.

I love the smell of sun tan lotion - in particular, the smell of Banana Boat sun tan lotion from the past. After searching long and hard for many products, I found this shampoo and conditioner to help with the effort in layering myself with that scent. I have bought this product several times, and it is excellent. I once had an incident where Fed Ex damaged the product in the delivery process, and I had to contact the seller. The seller was kind, understanding, quick to respond, and handled the situation immediately. I wish Umberto Giannini had created a banana-scented body wash and body lotion. I cannot find any good ones. In addition for anyone who may be interested, I can report that Comptoir Sud Pacifique perfume scent, "VANILLE BANANE" smells very close to the Banana Boat sun tan lotion.

After some reading I came across this shampoo. It has nicer ingredients that are better for your skin and body. After finding my previous shampoo made my scalp itch I researched ingredients that go into shampoos. This one seemed like a good option and a good price. So far I’m impressed, skin is not reacting, hair is nice a soft. I also like the banana fragrance.

It's rare for me to write a review but I have to tell you that if you want a brilliant brand for your hair then this is the one. The selection of products work, they smell great, use natural ingredients and best of all not tested on animals. I have used their shampoos, curly jelly, grow hair treatments and leave in conditioners. My hair has never looked so good, and I have told friends and family that have also started buying them to.
