Pathetic product and service. The product arrived damaged. When I requested a replacement, the app falsely showed that a new product had been delivered without even picking up the damaged one. After multiple complaints to customer service, they finally agreed to process a return. The item was picked up, but the refund has still not been issued. Extremely unprofessional and disappointing experience. Kindly refund the amount.

The product is cheap but I think for superficial use this may do the job...I don't think it's skin friendly my eye slightly swollen today morning(iam not sure it's because of this but there was nothing else I did to my eye as a new thing yesterday other than trying eyeshadow)...I should have bought quality product...but as I am not a daily makeup doer I selected this .... 🌚The disadvantages are It's not like picture ,the thing that holding 4 palate is very loose not steady like in the picture and a shade was damaged .... And colours are not that bright and pigmented while applying 🌝Advantages are:- Colour shades are more Glitters for most shades r available Outer package looks cute ,has a rainbow effect Won't take much space as it is a vertically organised package (like a small diary)..
