I orginally ordered a 3x but the bra part of course didnt fit, so I returned it and got the 4x and that one fit much better. I am 250 pounds and my bra size is 38k, so if you have large breasts you may need to go 1 size larger than your normal size. Fit: When I first tried on the 4x one, the bra was alittle snug and barely fit, but I was able to zipper it at least. But as time went by, the suit settled better and was able to fully fit it. Comfort: At first it was alittle snug but as the suit settled to my shape it felt great. Sweat: YES...you definitely sweat with this....not drenching depending on your activity, but yes you sweat. I wear it for work and exercise...and for exercise it's the best, because it makes you sweat alot. Overall this is perfect because I needed my midsection and breasts to trim down and this def does the trick. I'm already slimming down. I WILL DEF BUY AGAIN if I lose alot of weight and need a smaller size.

Received mine today so lets talk about fitting I currently weight - 192 My height is - 5'1 Bra size - 38DD Top size - L to XL Jeans -back to size 14 because I rather to be 14 than keep getting strangled by size 12 and 13...definitely a lie. I ordered XL because I wanted to check if was indeed a true size or the typical " I barely can fit one arm into this XXXXXtime10Large vest and I am a medium size that most seller trow us" also to test the online trusting issue we normally have with some sellers, so I was mentally prepared to return it if necessary. I can tell you that It fits perfectly, tight enough as is supposed to without cutting your oxygen, so I can actually breathe, sit, get up, bend, jump, and even chase the Ice cream truck without asking my husband to get me out of it... A girl with simple B or C cups can get away with a Large size, because it stretch pretty good. My only complain is that the extreme and way too strong smell of the Latex or whatever that is, will trigger your migraine in less than 10 mins, and my kids are annoying much with the " jezz what is that smell" everytime I pass by, but hey I am sweating and I am happy with my purchase...definitely soaking the vest in suavitel before going out with it. Still 5 starts. -Will update if there anything to update.

I go to work in this vest okurrrr! But I was really hoping for more front security and for the vest to not cut into the fat where the shoulder is located. I also expected like a zipper and not just Velcro because it does get a lil tiring and won’t stick. I still have the vest, very sturdy and durable. Next time however, I will go for the full vest with the zipper and Velcro.

It did what I was expecting it to do and fit based on the size I choose. I went with a size that was based on my weight although I knew the top was going to fit a bit smaller due to my bust. You'll need to make your best judgement on how tight you want the top to fit if you're busty but overall pleased. I was a little disappointed that it didn't come with care instructions. I also was expecting the piece the Velcro attaches to to be a full strip instead of two seperate pieces so the Velcro does bubble in the middle since it doesn't have anything to attach itself to since the spandex doesn't cut it. If you're doing anything that involves bending over a lot it may become a little annoying. All in all I'm satisfied but hoping my review can help the company create a better future version.

I absolutely love this waist trainer vest. Just as most people have pointed out you should get whatever size shirt or blouse size that you wear. With the exception that if you are large breasted you will want to get one size larger because the bra does run on the smaller side. This is a very well made waist trainer. It definitely makes me sweat a lot around my midsection. My abs are soaked when I workout wearing it. You can feel a very warm sensation around the area which lets you know you've got a calorie burn going on. It is very comfortable to wear all day long. It does help with your posture some too. Mine fits me very firmly. And in just under a month have lost one inch. Already ordered new smaller size. Very happy with the purchase of this product.

I am 5' 0" and 172 lbs, abd a size 36 DR and extra large for me perfectly. I like how it fits and also how it makes me sweat. I like to combine it with a sauna suit and double how much I sweat but the best focuses on my target area - my lower stomach. Some people complained about the smell but it really isn't that bad, and bit serious enough to take a start away. I struggle a little with the Velcro and getting it to lay smooth, but again, not that serious. It does what it's made for and at a reasonable price.

This item is too big in general and I did follow the size chart. First of all the design is horrible, why wouldn't you have a full tank top then the velcro cincher to add extra support. No its a sports bra that rises up out of the cincher, plus the top made me look like I had 3 breast because it didn't tight. Not happy at all, especially because this is the second one of these I have ordered and doesn't fit. Thanks Amazon but I will not be ordering anything from any Asian country from you anymore.

I went by my shirt size instead of the chart after reading the questions and reviews. Fits perfectly. I do not sweat even after a vigorous workout. Problem I've always had. This makes me SWEAT! Not only where vest is, but also my head, neck, arms are drenched after 20 minutes on elliptical. I highly recommend. I have purchased over ten workout waistebusters with no success so I bought knowing it probably would not work. I was WRONG!

Great quality but sizing is off a bit. I have a A-B cup chest and could barely breath in a large. Ordered an xl and it fits great. Don’t worry about the waist size as it is adjustable, concentrate on getting a size that will fit your bust. Other than that I am soooo happy with the product

I had a pair of neoprene pants that made a significant difference in the appearance of my legs as I've lost weight. I was hoping for a similar effect with this but it doesn't seem to have the same sweat factor. I'll still wear it though, as I like the abdominal support while I walk. It has actually eliminated the need for something else and provides really good chest support too. Think high support sports bra. :) It is quite true that this has a very strong odor to it upon opening. I washed it immediately in cold water and mild detergent and let it air dry and it lessened. I anticipate it will get less offensive as it remains out in the open. I wear an 8/10, have a 30"/31" waist and 36C bra and the XXL was double the price of the XL so I went for the XL and it fits perfectly. Snug in the chest and fully adjustable in the belly.
