Excellent! Cord for small bead bracelets
Just started using this type of cord for bracelet making & really like it- A LOT. Started out with the 5mm & 6mm, 25 ft & ended up ordering another 6mm, 100 ft. Easy to string all bead sizes (I used 4 & 6mm beads) & to knot. I use a knot found on YouTube & hide it inside a bead, seems to work very well! I started making Morse bracelets for my Granddaughter & last year, as gifts for a Christmas charity. I liked them so much, made myself one…so far, 4 on each wrist & they stay in place & do not turn👍🏻which is important to me & my 11yr old Granddaughter! No breakage & it has been months of wear, gardening, house cleaning, showers, swimming, play, even long sleeves moving against them. I also reinforced a newly purchased Wind Chime with this. Strong winds & rain- held so far. We’ll see how it holds up over on our Winter ❄️ this wind chime was reinforced using fishing line. Hard to tie… but held for 7 years now. Highly Recommend for Bracelets 😉🤗

Great product at a great price!
Love this stuff! I've recently been stringing bracelets from broken vintage estate jewelry and this has been my go to while I learn other techniques. Easy to use and durable. Just be sure to stretch it out first and be careful when tying it off. I'm still picking up random beads in my living room but I believe it's more user error than quality of the product. Second time purchasing, great price and fast delivery!

Good for bracelets.
I've used this brand of cord for many bracelets since purchasing it a few months ago. Not a single bracelet has snapped or been broken. It ties together well if you know the proper techniques, but I always reinforce with a dab of superglue at the knot. The elasticity is great, it is comfortable, and gives a works great for any variety of friendship bracelets / kandi. You can create a lot of different fits or styles.

Perfect Stretch for Bracelet Making
“This cord is exactly what I needed for making bracelets. It’s strong, flexible, and holds knots really well without fraying or snapping. The clear color makes it blend nicely with any bead style, and it’s easy enough for kids or beginners to work with. It stretches just right — not too loose, not too tight. Great quality and a solid staple for any jewelry kit. It’s got serious staying power.” — Praying to the car gods

Good product
This is a good brand but I found the .7 to be better for my elastic bracelets. Feels more sturdy.

Great for stretchy bead bracelets.
This stretchy cord works great for my bead bracelets. It has great stretch and my bracelets never come apart. It's thinner than the .8mm and knots perfectly. It's so easy to use. I will purchase more.

works well to make stretch bracelets that will last for at least several years
I bought the 0.7 mm diameter stretch cord without checking to see how wide the holes in my beads were, but it turns out this was perfect. And you get so much of it! I won't have to buy it again for a long time. This is stiff enough that you don't need a needle, which is good, and it is very easy to use to quickly make stretch bracelets. In just 5 minutes, with a handful of gemstone rounds, you can have a finished piece. It is very easy to cut with scissors. To secure the ends of the bracelet, I tie a couple of knots and, just to be extra cautious, I put a dot of glue (several kinds will work) on the knot to hold it. You may want to avoid putting machine cut crystals or any beads with particularly sharp edges around the holes on this type of cord as the edges may cut into the cord over time. (Use Accuflex or memory wire to make bracelets with those types of beads, instead.) I used to use this product many years ago and I find that it holds up to at least several years of use, but that it does not last forever (whether the jewelry is worn every day or not). I accept that this is a property of all stretchy elastic type cords and, if a particularly favored bracelet gets a bit old, I do restring it. Polymers wear out over time, that's just the nature of them to do so. But this should get you several good years of use before you have to think about that. I find the 0.7 mm diameter cord to be sturdy enough to hold a whole bracelet's worth of gemstone beads, which are probably the heaviest beads I would ever use on this anyway. I have also used this to repair inexpensive commercial stretch bracelets that are not strung properly (it happens). Anyway, this spool will last me a very long time and this product appears to still have the same good quality of manufacture today that it did years ago.
