This product is great if you have RAD51 mutations and Glycoprotein mutations. Also a miracle worker if you're whole body is repolorizing. Helped regulate my electrolytes, heart, helped me absorb food better and it tastes wonderful. The blueberry content is organic and very high! Cold pressed, great for regulating insulin and weight. It could be very useful for delaying genetic diabetes, supporting kidney function and helping with overall protein distribution. It also helps with fibromyalgia, arthritis, and may help celiac and cancer patients with their immune system. I had severe repolarization in my heart and body, and it worked with my pulse medication to help keep my pulse under 100. It helped significantly with my hypercalcemia! It's one of the only kinds of Zinc that's bicarbonate solutable. If you take this with some Zinc Citrate and Gluconate, it will have your immune system pretty protected and covered! For 22$ if you mix some electrolyte water and magnesium in with it, you'll have one great pulse lowering, blood pressure lowering absolutely wonderful tasting water to keep you calm, feeling focused and energized! You really can't go wrong with this product if you've got the money to spend on your health!!

Was excited to try this product since I have used other MaryRuth Organics products and loved them. The taste is really bad & the product is very thick and hard to swallow. I wish i could return this and get my money back bc I wont be using the rest of this bottle

So I gotta say, not a huge fan of the taste of this product. I wanted to like it so badly, but to me it is reminiscent of olive oil or mayonnaise. Not super surprising because it's a liposomal, but still off putting. I mix it with water, the MaryRuth Vitamin D liposomal that is mixed berry flavor (that one tastes SO GOOD), plus flavored greens powder and ACV, so while the weird oily tasting blueberry is there, it's not over powering. When I'm finished with this version, I'm going to switch to the zinc drops that are Strawberry lemon Flavored and hope that works out better for my taste buds. But zinc is so important and recommended by doctors to help your immune system function best so flavor or not, I'm taking it!!

I love this product. It is easy to take and it helps to stay well. Highly recommend.

Expire too soon, strong flavor

Mary Ruth supplements are great to take and it makes it so easy when you care for the elderly to get vital minerals when they can no longer swallow pills or capsules. Just add to juice or smoothies. Thanks for making a great product and thank you Amazon for great service everytime. Janet
