There's a local restaurant near me that sells truffle fries. They taste great but are about nine dollars a serving. After reading more about truffle fries it seems truffle oil is a key ingredient. I purchased this (along with the company's black truffle oil, which I haven't yet tried) to get some of this flavor at home. Scent and flavor are closely related and the scent of this oil is 99% of the aroma from the fries I've eaten. It's a great scent: deep yet with the sweeter notes of maybe parmesan cheese? This oil works best with breads and milder foods (with food that has a strong flavor the truffle taste is obscured). Overall, I like this product. It's a small volume but still a decent price.

Excellent good tasting truffle oil. Definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for good tasting truffle! Price is not bad when it goes on sale so it tends to be pricey but it is worth it. Quality is good! Smells amazing as well

I LOVE this truffle oil. Amazing with pasta or fries.

I am obsessed with this now. The taste is great and the oil content will last you about 2-3 weeks if used once daily. The texture is amazing and premium. The style of the bottle is also very nice. I use it on many different items so it is very versatile. The size is okay. A bit on the expensive side, but worth it.

Does the job. Oil based worked on a variety of dishes where the truffle salt would be too much sodium .The flavor is as expected and has a punchy lingering taste and aroma. Divine on pizza , mashed potatoes, pasta, steak and roasted chicken and chicken sautee.

Oil adds more flavor to dishes on top of the dish being flavourful already. I love using it in my meats and Salads. You can taste a difference when using it.

This is hands down the best truffle oil for the price on the market! The only one I’ve found with true truffle extract instead of “flavor”

If there is such a thing as heaven, this is what it tastes like. Delicious truffle oil. Will certainly buy again. This is a classic case of “you get what you pay for “. Worth every penny.

Hardly any real truffle inside. Tastes the same as cheaper truffle olive oil. Only three months left for the best before date! Not worth the expensive price tag.

Well worth it, in my opinion, particularly for any salads containing mushrooms to make a vinaigrette. Really enhances the mushrom flavour.
