It was very easy to put together I read reviews where it said took hours/days and upto 3 people my husband put it together pretty much all him self with some help here and there from me the top does need two people but once we figured out how to slide the panels in it's was super fast and easy so far we love it we had a very windy day yesterday and held up great

Good construction for the price perfect for over my hot tub

It’s not perfect but still pretty nice. Assembly wasn’t horrible. There were some slightly bent pieces and some missing screws. It would take weeks to get replacements but the seller worked with me and I picked up the screws at Lowes and was able to get the bent parts straightened out. I am looking for some different hooks. The ones that came with the gazebo aren’t great. The hard top is okay but not solid. It provides diffused light but not exactly shade. All things considered, I’m happy

Updated Review: The Seller was amazing and addressed all of our issues with the defective/damaged pieces. Really happy with the purchase. Would definitely recommend this item. It's a beautiful addition to our backyard. This is a really nice hard top gazebo, however, many of the pieces arrived damaged - bent and/or scuffed up, etc. It was quite frustrating and extremely disappointing, when you have to assemble something this large and cumbersome, only to find that you've been sent sub-standard materials.

Do not buy!!!!! It will not last! They do not provide replacement parts!!! I purchased in 2021 when I moved out of state and it was installed 2023. The panels do not last!

We wanted something to cover our hot tub from the elements. Pro: Looks nice Easy to assemble Allows some light in Con: Feels somewhat flimsy Replacement parts an issue The item arrived in two boxes, neither of which were damaged on the outside. Turns out one of the frame roof rails was bent (with chipped paint) but only one. It was either packed carelessly or worse, put in already damaged. Contacted the company and after much back and forth was told they cannot supply replacement parts. Offered a discount and since we already had most of it assembled, we did our best to fix the part. However, I would not recommend buying this item. It's durability is a big question mark and the fact you can not get replacement parts makes this an extremely risky purchase. Especially for over $700.

My husband & I put our gazebo up in spring of 2022. We put our above ground Koi pond under the gazebo & with a couple of 10” umbrellas on the east & west side, tilted them, it kept down the algae so we didn’t have to clean it as often. Come springtime in 2024 we gave our Koi away & did away with the pond. We put a 4 person inflatable spa under the gazebo. In one of the many storms we get in Missouri the gazebo got hail damage. We contacted the company & they don’t sell spare polycarbonate pieces to replace damaged ones, much to our disappointment. So we put duct tape over each hole inside & outside. It looks a little tacky but we still enjoy being under the gazebo. We were fortunate in the first year of not having the hail but this springtime not so lucky.

The customer service was great! The roof allows the filtered sun to come through. At times, it feels like I’m sitting in a greenhouse. Even with the ceiling fan going, it’s very hot. The grommets to the side walls constantly come off the hooks with a little wind. It is still a very good gazebo. I would set it up where the yard or area doesn’t get a lot of sun. Privacy and bug protection is very good.
