Great product! It helps my asd son with his gut and soothes him before bed. Dissolves easily in hot water then I add it to some juice. Very little flavor so is easy to add to any drink.

Great product been taking it for decades, it helps you to relax and fall a sleep all night until morning, and keeps you regular.

This does what the product says - it calms headaches, calms muscles, and calms anxiety. I mostly use it for anxiety which I am prone to. It works quickly with no side effects. The flavor is tart, so I add two packs of stevia powder to two teaspoons of powder to make a pleasant drink. It feels extra calming when I drink it warm.

I’ve been using this product for years now and I like the product itself. I drink it like a warm tea at night. The taste is fine. Nothing I crave but the magnesium is effective. I’ve bought it from various sellers over the years without issue. However, this time there wasn’t anything to protect it through shipping. I agree saving on a bunch of shipping materials. However, there wasn’t even a plastic seal around the top. It obviously had been banged around because it arrived with white powder residue all over the bottom and the paper top seal was partially off. I’m actually surprised it even arrived because there wasn’t even a shipping label on it??? 🤔
