Not lint-free
They are absorbent only once they are washed, they are really bad when new but once you wash them they are pretty ok at absorbing water. They will shrink by a couple of 2cm too even at 30°C. Dryer doesn't seem to affect it too badly either. However, they are far from being lint-free, a few others have complained and I thought maybe it wouldn't happen to me but it did. I got them on sale so I still use them and they are rather useful, I bleach the hell out of them and come out almost good as new, and they do take a beating. If lint-free is a major criteria for you then stay away from those. I am personally tired of looking for the ideal kitchen towel so these will do for now.
