I’ve not had this long and will update my post if anything changes, but so far I’m impressed! I did not expect much resistance and was concerned about some reviews mentioning the pulls not gliding smoothly, however I’ve had none of those issues so far. It took me less than 30 minutes to assemble and the directions were clear. I cranked the resistance all the way up and could barely get it to budge. I guess I’m not as strong as I thought I was. The resistance really proved me wrong and the tension is more than sufficient. I am mid 40s, needing to get back in shape and not limited in mobility in any way. I was concerned this would be more for the elderly and it’s definitely not. I would say this would fit a large range of exercise needs & levels. I’m going to be using this as a home gym. My favorite locally owned gym is no longer around and I figured I’d save some money by not having to pay a gym membership as well as limit my excuses to not wanting to drive to one. I am also pleasantly surprised with the few videos I’ve done so far. I definitely feel the burn. So far awesome!

I bought this machine after buying rubber bands and rubber bands with a bar attachment they were very awkward to use this machine is easy to set up about 15 minutes and a joy to use no more changing bands and looking for a door to do some of the exercises everything is in one place and you can do a lot more on this and makes working out a lot easier.

After purchasing my Teeter Power 10 Rower, which I'm very satisfied with I searched diligently for a piece of equipment for leg exercises. When I read the info on the FitForm I was pleasantly surprised at the various exercises that could be performed which would complement my Power 10 and round out my fitness routine. The FitForm has a small footprint to compliment the Power 10 and I'm able to get a complete workout. At my age I'm not looking to lift heavy weights again, the resistance is more than sufficient for me to feel and see results and stay healthy. The bonus is all of the instructor led sessions available to use with this machine as well as the multitude of exercises at my disposal, quite a bargain in my opinion. I highly recommend.

It was really easy to put together and easy to use and move around. I really like that you get free workouts so you can have hundreds of workouts and classes so you don’t get bored! I like that you can do upper body exercises as well as lower body. You can work at your own pace use lower intensity weights. I would highly recommend this! I think it’s a great buy for the price!

I am not the type of person who throws around praise. I find people who end routine emails with exclamation points to be annoying. I’m saying this so you’ll understand that when I say I would join a fan club for the person who wrote the install manual, it shows just how impressed I was by the product’s documentation. I will most likely update this review once I’ve had time to really work with the product, but the packaging and documentation are world-class and truly deserve to be acknowledged.

Ignore the bad reviews. It came quick and took less than 30 minutes to assemble. Yes there IS a FREE APP. Just download and sign up. Large library of beginner to pro exercises. Just got it but setting it up late. Will add usage reviews soon. Being realistic about the product is key. Maybe not for someone who bench presses 300 lbs but a newbie to strength training with resistance bands or someone gently returning should find this more than easy to break into. I didn't want to shell out thousands on various weights, dumbells, and kettle bells, so looking forward to using the product and feeling the burn 🔥!

The teeter fit form home. Jim was perfect for my small townhouse. I would recommend it to anyone with limited space.
