I mainly needed the clutch to fix my blind, but I had to use the bracket too because it was different from existing. My only complaint is that (1) they could have included an inexpensive chain connector (they're like $5.99 for 30 on Amazon) for those that need a shorter chain and (2) they should have included a cord guide. I would have just used my old metal chain but the clutch doesn't come apart like my existing (where you just remove a screw). I didn't want to mess around with it so I cut the plastic chain and took just the connector from my old chain. Luckily it fit. I also had a cord guide but it had been broken before and I would have like a new one!

Package did not include end plug. Not useable without this piece. Had to return.

Malgré une mesure du diamètre du tube de mon store (comme recommandé), le diamètre du produit est trop grand, impossible à insérer à moins de le raboter à l’extrême et ainsi de le fragiliser. D'autres commentaires client avaient averti de ce problème.
