Perfect for jewelry chains by the foot!

I am a basket weaver and when using long pieces of round reed, it gets tangled easily and I need to stop weaving every few inches to untangle the reed. These bobbins eliminate that problem completely. I can weave without having to stop to untangle my round reed. The bobbins are easy to load and are soft with no sharp edges to damage the reed I am using. Love them!

I decided to try my hand at a corner-to-corner project for the first time. Little did I know it wasn't going to be that simple and didn't realize I was going to need bobbins. Tried a couple of different methods, flat bobbins, hand winding, wrapped around cardboard. The flat clover was decent, but not quite what I wanted and not big enough for my liking. Came across these trying to find alternative options. When I first received it I wasn't too convinced since they seemed smaller than I thought. I was going to return them and try the next size up, but gave these a fighting chance and now they are all I want to use. I did buy a pack of the next size up and find they both work for what I need. What I like most is that you can pop them open when you are using the yarn and roll back up and pop closed to use the next color and it hold the yarn so it doesn't roll away.

These are great for winding DMC size 3-8 threads. Keeps everything neat.

I love these bobbins, I wrapped my jewelry wire and it holds them in place. They make storing my wires so much better because they take up less room.

I ordered these for my silver and gold fill chain and these are working great for me. They hold a ton of dainty chain. I currently have 15 feet of chain on them and it can still hold so much more. The fold over feature is great because it keeps all my chain rolled on the spool and helps protect from damage. And they make set up super easy because I can just leave the spools on the spool wrack and fold and unfold as needed. They flexible yet durable and don’t take up nearly as much space as traditional spools.
