This stuff is absolutely amazing. I have been taking creatine for a long time and it was beginning to be a burden with the powder. I switched to the pills but I didn't get the same effect as I did with the powder. I saw this spray on amazon and thought what the heck. Wow. This stuff works. I love the fact that you just spray it on the desired areas and that's it. I was worried that the spray would leave me greasy but it dried almost on contact. You do have to rub it in a little but not much. I was also afraid of the smell. It has a light fragrance too it. Not a bad one at all. Almost smells like fresh linens. I have been using it at the gym and everyone is asking about it. I would recommend this product in a heartbeat. I know it cost more than the powder but it is worth it for the change.I received this product for free or at a discounted rate for my honest opinion and review.

I'm not into taking supplements but saw someone in the gym using this and he highly recommended it. I can't compare this to the results I would get from oral creatine because I haven't taken any but this works for me. I spray it on when I change and by the time I finish with my warm-ups, I feel it kicking in. Since I started using it, my workouts have really improved. I feel like I'm working out at a much higher level, doing things I haven't been able to do before and going longer. I know creatine doesn't work for everybody but this works for me and that I don't have to mix it and drink it is a huge bonus for me.

I've been using creatop for a little over a month now (working out 4-5 days/week) and absolutely love it. It also smells great which sounds like a random thing to note but i didn't expect a product like this to have a nice scent. Made it much easier when running from the gym to work in the morning too.

As a personal trainer this is my secret weapon. I keep it in my bag and have my clients spray it on. They then have better workouts than they normally do and I'm a hero, haha! Love it!!
