Lovely bread nice substitute

I don't have a full blown wheat intolerance, but I react badly to some breads. I usually get away with this one. It's just an annoying shape for sandwiches and getting in the toaster.

Tasty bread toasted or plain, love it

This is excellent for cheese on toast lovers.. been practically making it into a pizza love putting homemade roast garlic butter on it with homemade pull BBQ chicken then grated cheese with chilli powder on top the picture is where I also put garlic mushrooms on it.I guess the only issue people have with toasting bread like this for daily use it that it won't fit in the toaster but unlike the picture just slice it down he middle and you have the perfect amount for a sandwich etc.
