Relieves itch on first sign. Cools and relieves itchy area nicely. Use them alot for discomfort. Highly recommend.

I was told that I might get itchy during perimenopause but it was so uncomfortable and still surprising. These provide quick relief that lasts a while. Thankfully I dont need them too often right now but its nice having the extra packs just in case.
