The language is chinese and remote as well all botton are wirtten in china language which make very hard to use it Not worth to buy item which your child unable how to use it By the way it is not mention in the description thats it is in chinese language only

Horrible toy worst quality possible
It’s barely moving, basically a tunes box in a dog shape. Really bad quality. Goes directly to the trash. The control is just for changing songs. A total scam.

I don’t EVER write review but I owe it to this company!! I bought this toy in March for my daughter’s birthday in June. It worked great and she absolutely loved it. She plugged it in for the first time and the female plug insert broke inside making it impossible to charge. She was DEVASTATED and I was a WORRIED mom who knew this toy was past its 30 day refund period on Amazon. I reached out to the company who made this product and they were so good to work with. They sent videos to help teach me how to fix it but it was a no go. The piece inside was actually broken. So I ordered a new one on Amazon and they said that they would refund me the money after I received it. Not sure they really would refund the money I hesitantly ordered it anyway. It didn’t even take a full day for the refund to go through. In my opinion they are a trustworthy company doing the right thing for their customers. They could have easily turned their nose up at me because I was past the 30 day refund period but they didn’t. That says a lot to me. The new toy I ordered works perfect and the charge insert seems to be more durable.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ This remote control robot dog was a total hit—my niece couldn’t stop playing with it! It responds well, does fun tricks, and kept her entertained for hours. The lights, sounds, and movements make it feel like a real little companion. A fantastic gift that brings big smiles and lots of giggles!
