I make my own gluten-free products and have a great recipe for hamburger buns but they would always flatten out when rising. I read a recipe review where someone mentioned using rings so I decided to try it. Fabulous! My buns now actually look like hamburger buns, they rise nicely and are perfectly formed. I spray these with cooking spray before leaving the dough to rise in them and they have been super easy to remove after the buns are baked. Highly recommend

I bought these to make sourdough crumpets but I think they will also work well for pancakes and English muffins. They seem durable and do their job, but make sure to butter the rings before using or your batter will stick to them.

I used these for English muffins, which are cooked in a pan on the stove. Keeps and shapes the dough nicely.

These are nice large rings and did hold my crumpet batter in its shape. The only issue is that even when well greased some of the crumpets tick to the ring and have to be loosen with a butter knife. Maybe I should have gotten the non stick rings instead.
