I bought these to confirm I have a VERY slow leak in one tyre. They install very simply in only a few minutes. The solar panel keeps the battery topped up well, I don't know how long the batteries on the tyres will last yet. The alarm is un-missable. When I got into the car after the tyre was leaking, the alarm started beeping quite loud to let me know one of the tyres was under inflated. Once I topped it up the alarm stopped. Also when when I unscrewed the cap to top it up the alarm sounds to let you know it's not installed. The display is clear and simple and tells you everything you need to know at a glance. I didn't know that tyre pressures increase when driving, as well as the tyre temperature increases (which should be obvious, now I think about it!). The system looks after itself and all you need is a quick glance to check everything is ok. I think its peace of mind that makes this such a useful product. Btw my car is a 2009 VW Polo, which is why it doesn't have this built in like a lot of never cars. I would highly recommend this to anyone to save time and give you peace of mind before driving.

I used these on my jaguar XF and found them to be fairly accurate and gave advance warning in winter of low tyre pressure due to the cold weather

I didn't like this product, I LOVED IT. I was concerned due to the fact that I was fitting this on my 8 metre MotorHome with no wiring whatsoever. My concern was the distance that the wireless signal would have to travel to reach the monitor. I need not have worrried. I charged the monitor up using the lead provided. I then checked the tyre pressures were correct. I fitted the sensors to the tyre valves as clearly instructed and one by one up came the correct pressures. I am now sitting in my back kitchen diner looking at the tyre pressures with my MO HO in the drive way almost hidden from view apart from the top corner at the other side of the house. See pictures. My driveway is so narrow it would be impossibe to inflate or fix a flat tyre with the van in situ so this is a great tool for me not only whilst on the road but whilst parked up sometimes for long periods in the driveway. Top marks to Tymate, this is a great product For your information. Distance to the top corner of the van from the monitor on the kitchen table is 10 metres.

Pricey but is brilliant when a low profile tyre loses pressure every week. It never looks underinflated and now never will be. The unit is discreet and the display clear. The pressure too low alarm cannot be ignored!! Worth the money.
