Good choice
My son loves this watch. It was easy to set up and he wears it all the time. Easy to get on and off and he likes the way he can light it up to see if it’s dark

This watch is a bargain.
The description says Boys Watch, so I'm a 77-year-old boy. I love this "Cheap" watch as it has all the features I want. These features include the date and day of the week, a 12/24-hour clock, a chime and alarm function, and a bright light. The instructions are printed with tiny text, making them somewhat hard to read, except with a magnifier. Please note that the buttons are designated by letters from A to D. The light button is A, Mode is B, Alarm is C, and Date is D. These instructions apply to various models. You will find your model number on the back of the watch. My watch model is 6606. On page 5, you will find the company website. My review is helpful for those who buy this watch.

A little large for small wrists, but gets the job done
TL;DR: Pretty solid construction, watch face is a bit large for kids' wrists, band fits wrists closer to 10/11 year olds (not 3-15 as advertised). Decent value for the price. Pros: + Easy to set up + Multiple color options + Backlight operation not too aggressive + Beeps not too loud/aggressive Cons: - Light on dark LED face makes it harder to read in mid-lighting, often prompting you to use the light function (draining battery unnecessarily) - Watch face is a bit big for small wrists - "Start/Stop","Reset" functions for stopwatch not listed on face (minor issue, as it DOES function) - Instructions are sparse and poorly written Of the myriad of options for kids' watches, this one hits the mark, albeit not exactly a bullseye. The color options are good and the design is tasteful—not too flashy and childish, but not too aggressively mature that a kid won't appreciate. The function of the watch is pretty basic, which is a solid pro if your kid is the type to want to fiddle with it rather than just use it as a watch. I especially appreciate that the function beeps aren't too loud or annoying. The one detail that keeps this from being 5 stars is the fact that the display of the watch is reversed—its light text on a darker background, making the watch numbers harder to read than if it were reversed (i.e. black text on white background). This prompts the wearer to use the light function more often than not which would add additional drain to the battery. Otherwise, its been working solidly for my son and a great tool to help him to keep track of time.

Not waterproof enough to swim
The watch says that it's '50m(5ATM/150FT) waterproof', which apparently means it can withstand a static water pressure equivalent to that experienced at 50m depth of calm water *under laboratory conditions*. Evidently swimming in 2m deep water may exceed that threshold (because arm strokes create higher pressure for the watch to have to withstand). That all makes sense, but I only came to look that up and understand it after the watch failed. We bought the watch on September 1. By mid-October, there was water visible on the inside of the face. On November 1, it stopped working. My son loved the watch. He wore it all the time, including in the shower, and during swim practice. Your kids may love it too, but don't buy it if they're expecting to swim with it. You'll shorten the life of the watch.

Read me for set up instructions!!! You’re welcome!
We’ve only had this watch a few days so so far so good- I’ll come back to update the review if our opinion changes. My 10 year old son really likes the way it looks and he loves the stop watch feature. I bought this in preparation of a cruise we are going on so he has a way to tell time and so we can set alarms for him to meet us at check in points while on the ship. I do have concerns about the watch getting wet now that I’ve scanned through more reviews on here since receiving the watch and I plan to test it in water before we go so I can make secondary plans if needed. The frustrating part was figuring out how to set the watch up because the directions provided are very confusing. I took the time to write down what I finally figured out and I hope this helps someone waste less time than I had to to get it set up! How To Set The Time: Press MODE 3 times to enter the change date/time menu The Number flashing on the screen first is “seconds” Press ALARM to select “hour” you’ll see an “H” on the screen Press DATE to change hour Press ALARM to select “minutes” Press DATE to change minutes Press MODE if time is correct and you’re done making changes OR To continue adjusting date press ALARM and the top number will blink- this is the “Month”. Press DATE to change Month Press ALARM to select day of the month Press DATE to change the day Press ALARM to select the day of the week Press DATE to change the day Press MODE when complete to set the date and time How To Set An Alarm: Press MODE twice Press ALARM to set hour Press DATE to change the hour Press ALARM to select minutes Press DATE to change the minutes Press ALARM to set In alarm screen after time is set press DATE to turn on/off alarm and chime options which will be highlighted on the screen. The alarm is ON when the word “Alarm” is present and OFF when the word “Alarm” is not present on the screen With just “Alarm” selected you will hear: “beep beep- beep beep- beep beep” With chime selected you will hear one slightly longer beep at the top of every hour With chime and Alarm selected you will hear- the same “beep beep- beep beep” as the regular alarm but you’ll also get one beep at the top of the hour when it comes around. It’s easy to adjust these settings Press MODE twice to enter alarm menu and then press DATE to adjust the Alarm & chime: 1 DATE press turns on alarm 2 presses turns on Chime 3 presses turns on both alarm & chime 4 presses turns both off Press Mode to return to main watch screen

Es un reloj sin grandes funcionalidades, no tiene control de pasos, ritmos cardiacos, gps, ni funcionalidades superfluas, apenas lo único que hace es dar la hora, cronómetro alarma y poco más, pero vamos, totalmente funcional.

My son has a Year 6 camp and is not allowed his smart watch. I purchased this for the 5 days not needing or expecting Gucci quality. The quality for the price is very good. If you want top quality I suggest you invest in a watch that costs more than $30 🙄. I am happy and so is my 11 year old son who's usual Galaxy smart watch is very expensive. The larger 4.25" face is perfect size for him. The watches come in two sizes, one more suitable to toddlers. Check the image measurements! The Packaging is absolutely fine and protects the watch. It comes in a nice gift box with instructions in English (a little tricky) and a matching outer cardboard sleeve. Once you figure out the settings it's very easy. I have included details below. My son's camp does not involve water sport and he will not be standing for prolonged periods in pouring rain so the watch will not be exposed to water. I have told him not to wear it in the shower so I expect it to function perfectly next week for his needs. Reviews do state the watch does not stand up to water or steam exposure so keep this in mind. No showers, beaches or swimming. SET TIME Press MODE (bottom left side) x 3 Press ALARM (bottom right side) to toggle between hr & min Press DATE (top right side) to set times Press MODE to exit SET ALARM Press MODE x 2 Press ALARM to toggle between hr & min Press DATE to set times Press MODE to exit TURN ALARM ON/OFF Press MODE x 2 Press DATE to turn alarm on/off Press MODE to exit *(When enabled, 'Alarm' shows on bottom left of watch). SET 12/24 HR FORMAT Press MODE x 3 Press ALARM to select the hour setting Press DATE multiple times to select the hour and format. It cycles through 1-12 am (A is displayed), 1-12pm (P is displayed) and 1-24 h (H is displayed). If you are accidentally go past continue pressing the DATE button to go back through. Hope this is helpful. 😊 *Update: Worked perfectly for my son during his one week camp and is still functioning well and keeping true time.
