This is a great all-purpose pan and it's very hard to find a 5-quart pan with a long handle. I have been looking for years, to be honest. The material seems great, I like the recessed rivets. I wish the handle were shaped differently, however. This will be used mainly to make brittle, and the handle is a huge help to pour it out one handed, but the shape is too thin to hold it as securely as needed with 300-degree brittle being poured! The price was a factor as well, I have a nice coupon code to get it more than half off. But I would have paid full price just for the size and long handle.
