I’ve been taking these multivitamins daily and they’ve slotted into my routine really easily. One tablet a day is convenient, and the fact they’re made from whole‑food ingredients is a nice reassurance. The tablets are a bit on the larger side, but still manageable with a drink. After a couple of weeks I’ve felt a bit more steady in terms of energy, especially on busier days, so they seem to be doing something right. The bottle lasts a long time too, which makes it feel like a solid, practical option for keeping on top of the basics.

I have to take umbrage to another reviewer who has marked this product low purely because they think the ingredient 'polyethylene glycol' doesn't sound healthy. That seems a bit unfounded unless you actually state what it is. Polyethylene glycol, according to the internet, is a non-toxic, inactive ingredient often used in tablets. Apparently it can also improve the solubility of such tablets. I don't know why the manufacturers have used it in this supplement but it's not something I am personally overly worried about. Of course, as individuals, we can be sensitive to any and all sorts of foodstuffs so if it's something you personally have a problem with then avoid it by all means. These tablets do have a slight smell to them but I find all multivitamins do and these don't repeat on me like some I've had in the past. I am vegan and these multivitamins are suitable for vegans and are 100% plant based. They have a powerhouse of vitamin and minerals in here plus lots of other ingredients such as organic fruit and vegetables. I am happy to take these as my daily multivitamin and for a 3 month supply I think they are good value for money.

They are pretty good but there are better products out there but they are more expensive but i will pick food state above the chemical stuff any day of the week, i have been takeing supplements for a very long time and chemical vit are a waste of money and can cause more harm than good.

On the whole these are good vitamin tablets and the manufacturers claims about them being more easily absorbed than synthetically made vitamins as these are obtained from organic sources, seems is backed up by a quick search on that subject. They are also vegan, which means that anyone can feel confident in taking them. Whether the "all natural" aspect of these tablets is a "they're toasted" claim, and all the others are, I wouldn't like to say, but certainly evidence is that these are a good example of the many, many vitamin tablets available, these days. They are a slightly unusual, bluey, green colour, which I guess they think wiill make them look more organic- not sure they do. As to their efficacy, as with all such products, there is a degree of faith involved, but since I subscribe to this and like to take a vitamin supplement every day, I like that that they are easy to swallow and one-a-day. These are a decent choice in a very cluttered market.

I really want to like these tablets because they have lots of the nutrients that you may not be getting from your diet, or if you're a bit undernourished, or if don't have a wide variety of fruit and veg in your life. However I'm not really a fan of these. For one there seems to be lots od additives. They smell a bit, like quite strong and almost chemically, and they look a bit too pharmaceutical. I mean, they're probably full of good things. This is probably just a negative placebo effect. But the colour is like a kind of artificial turquoise and they just don't seem to have the quality or design that you'd hope for in a product like this. It has at least one E-number as well as various chemical things like polyethylene glycol. Hmmm - sounds healthy. NOT! Anyway, I'm giving this 2 stars because this probably would do in a pinch if you were stuck in nuclear fallout shelter for 2 years. But there are far better products on the market that don't have such an unpleasant smell, or pharmaceutical style design. You must be able to shop around for something better than this. I can't really recommend these.

I ordered the Pure Nutrition Whole Food Multivitamin for Men for my husband and he has been taking them for a few weeks and he feels they are a good addition to his daily routine. Easy to swallow and no aftertaste. He likes that it is a one-a-day tablet as it keeps the process simple and he has got in a routine of taking them with breakfast which he finds helps make it easier to remember to take. These multivitamins state they have plant-based ingredients and include 24 vitamins and minerals which covers 100% of the recommended daily allowance. This bottle gives a full 3-month supply, which allows a good amount of time to fully test how these will benefit you as multivitamins are more about long-term support than any dramatic day-to-day changes. Overall, my husband feels like these multivitamins are having a positive effect on his well-being and is happy to continue to take daily.

I can’t comment on the efficacy yet, as we only received them this week, but the quality is excellent, the ingredients list is just what I wanted, and the manufacture is obviously really very good. We have used other products from this company, and I’ve always been very impressed with them, so I don’t see why these would be any different– if you want a reliable and good quality product, I would definitely recommend these.

Quality Product and it works.

This is the first time trying this product, but the only issue , smell too strong like something fermented, can somebody tell me please if this is normal.. I check exp. Date and only says best before Oct 26 but didn't say what year... I tried while food vitamins before but they didn't have the strong odor
