Great addition
Originals were rotten! Replaced with the these overloads! Love them! Pull a gooseneck dump trailer and truck never squats anymore! Still rides great!! Great product! Took less than 30 minutes to install!!

Eliminated Squat and sway
Added these to my 2011 F250. For those of you looking to fix the squat of your rear end while towing these helped TREMENDOUSLY! about 650 tongue weight and the bed loaded with another 4-500 lbs and the truck only lowered a good inch or so. Before it was well over 3. The newer fords came with 2+1 leaf spring packs for softer rides, thus not being able to hold their ground much. This will eliminate the problem you are having. Unloaded ride is firmer less sway, and enjoyable. Prefer to have them towing and unloaded. Instillation was extremely easy it took me more time to get the right size wrench to remove the factory bolt than it did to install. I like others did not want to spend the money on regular air bags or deal with airing up or down. Hope this helps. **update After months of use I still could not be happier. Have upgraded my camper and the newer one weighs in at over 1100 lb tongue weight. Truck still sits level fully loaded with the help of the sumosprings.

installed nicely
Installed easily. Held up in normal driving for the last week. Bought for a trip to alaska and towing a trailer. 1999 F250 superduty and 24 foot enclosed trailer right at towing weight of 7000 pounds. Bought the 2800 pound rated items. Will report on all aspects once I get home in alaska. will be between a 6 and 8000 mile trip depending on route we end up taking. July 2023....made it home. Unit held up all the way on what turned out to be a 6800 mile trip. Lots of potholes, frost heaves, whoopdedoos..........and any other type of road problem you can imagine. Not just a few...........hundreds of mile of this. While i have no emperical data to present..........compared to my previous trip.......the suspension was a breeze. Much less on the porposioing and swaying due to the road problems. never dug into the road goind over heaves.....even several hundred foot long stretches. i would buy again and while they made a low cost difference..........i still think airbags are a superior......if not much more expensive.....better answer. still...........happy with this choice.

Very pleased
Absolutely no change in the ride of my truck unloaded. Day and night difference in stability pulling my 5th wheel. I have better control with lane changes, better ability to drive a straight line and I feel it is safer to be pulling the camper with the Sumo Springs. Plus, the back of the truck no longer squats, my truck is riding level and my headlights are not pointing into the air. I would not put a camper on the back of my truck again without Sumo Springs. The Sumo does make contact with the top of the rear axle when loaded (about 3/4 of an inch gap unloaded) and I felt I would get better life out of them if they made contact with a flat surface. I fabricated and added a flat steel plate to the top of the axle where the Sumo makes contact and the performance did not change, Still glad I added the flat contacts on the axle.

Sumo Springs are awesome!
The hardest part of the install was getting the original for bump stops off! Bolted right on and held themselves in place after they started getting a little tight. Stopped all body roll (there wasn't much to begin with) but where they shine is stability when going over unevenly poured concrete pads on the interstate. My truck used to engage the over load springs and land roughly on the bump stops. That process has been smoothed out and the truck has no sag in the rear end and sits level while hitched to my 13k camper. Great purchase!

Worked good for the first haul
The bump stop itself come off!! Worked good for the first haul. When I came to PA I noticed the truck was sagging a little. So I looked under and noticed the bolt was the only thing still attached!

What a nice change these have made in the ride and handling ...
What a nice change these have made in the ride and handling of my 2013 F350 DRW 4x4. Not only does it keep heavy loads from allowing any rear end sag it takes away that rear suspension slap that could be felt on bad roads when towing our 5th wheel. It has also firmed up the everyday ride of my truck and removed any side lean when cornering at speed on tight turns. Why spend the extra money on an air bag rear suspension that requires many times over the installation time. Why worry about possible air leaks with an air bag level kit. The Sumo kit takes an honest 30 minutes to install once you locate the two different sized sockets/wrenches from your tool box.

New rubber
Great product I would definitely recommend purchasing this product. Fit perfect and was easy to install.

I put these on my F350 crew cab to help my Springs with the heavy loads of firewood and other stuff . Once you got the old ones rubbers out, the new ones were easy to install you just got to make sure you use the right holes to line it up correctly

They arrived ahead of schedule. the fit was perfect but to remove the old ones you really need a hoist and torches as I had mine installed that wasn't a problem. The empty ride is not affected at all. As of yet I haven't had my fifth wheel trailer on yet so I really cant say how good they will be under load.

Product worked very well when I packed my 9.5 Adventure Truck Camper with slide. The helper spring lined up perfectly with the jounce rubber contact point. I had no problem installing this product by leaving the tires on and just lifting the rear of the truck up. Didn't have to lift wheels off the ground. Instructions could be more informative. I installed this product on a 2000 F-350 4X4 super cab single rear wheel unit.

Used on 2008 F-250. Works awesome. No impact to normal driving, huge improvement to towing my 5th wheel trailer

A pretty good spring for the price, supports the truck well and does the job over gravel roads with a quad In the back, I would get a bigger set of towing heavy, still feel alot of the road, the one thing is the spring did not sit in the center on the axle stop. modifications will be required, had to drill a new hole location to have the spring sit centered.
