I use this product at the advise of my doctor to help control my migraines. It works pretty well and is cost effective

Vitamin B, yellow pee!
I have found that these give me the energy I need after lunch and seem to be very effective. They are small and easy to swallow. The only thing to take note of is your pee will probably be neon yellow for some time. Every B vitamin I have taken does that, but this brand seems to be neon than most. Don’t know if that is good or bad or doesn’t matter. Whatever, they work for my purpose.

Great for my headaches
I started taking this on advice from my NP because I was having headaches daily. It has really helped a ton! Only caution I would give is that your pee will be neon yellow!

Vitamin works well but Amazon package was torn open could have lost the contents. Delivery drive should be more aware of package with big hole before dropping off.
