I have found that these give me the energy I need after lunch and seem to be very effective. They are small and easy to swallow. The only thing to take note of is your pee will probably be neon yellow for some time. Every B vitamin I have taken does that, but this brand seems to be neon than most. Don’t know if that is good or bad or doesn’t matter. Whatever, they work for my purpose.

I started taking this on advice from my NP because I was having headaches daily. It has really helped a ton! Only caution I would give is that your pee will be neon yellow!

Great vitamin at a great price. I've been taking this brand for years and they are very good quality.

I never write reviews but I have to for this. I have had eye and facial twitching for the last 6 months. No one could figure out why. The first day I started taking this it went away. I also had floaters in my eyes for months, also went away relatively quickly. This literally saved me, I feel so much better overall.

Great item. Only stopped buying because I had to switch to an injection.

Ja, tut, was es kann oder soll. Persönlich keine Veränderung gemerkt, außer dass mein Urin recht gelb war. Keine Ahnung, ob sowas der Mensch braucht. Hätte ich vielleicht länger nehmen müssen.

Hard to review supplements because you don’t really know what’s in the tablet. You hope what’s on the label is accurate & of high quality ingredients. But these look OK and reviews are sort of OK…
