Good and practical

This met my expectations well. The swivel isn't the smoothest as there aren't any ballbearings or anything like that, but I suppose that would significantly change the price point. Overall i'm happy with this purchase.

It works well enough. Not too great, not too bad. One thing I do have to warn about is the rotating seat, it is very poorly thought out as it leaves space for skin to get caught in. For old people or people with loose skin would be at great risk of hurting themselves.
