when I opened the package, it became apparent that the pods had disintegrated and they are no longer pods. I had basically spent money on a big bag full of powdered detergent.Theoretically, the powder itself can be added to the dishwasher and presumably it will still clean the dishes. But it's not as advertised. It's messy, inconvenient, and a poor monetary value.Perhaps this is Palmolive's fault when they manufactured this, but I doubt it. The more likely explanation is that this is just really old inventory that Amazon had stored in a warehouse for far too long, and the inventory had been damaged due to age.Amazon needs to stop selling this product, it's clearly more trouble than its worth for everyone involved.

Dear customers, please do not purchase this item, they are absolute garbage, opened first package and more then 1/2 the package was unusable, looked like the gel portion of the pod had leaked out damaging the rest of the pods,if you look into other reviews they all state the same issue, thought I'd give them a shot, wasted my time with these pods, and my time.....G A R B A G E

Whoa! I bought these thinking the last bag was just an isolated incident. This bag takes the cake. Not one tab was usable. They were completely disintegrated the plastic was worn away and just plastic carcasses and powered detergent in the bottom corner. These were expensive as well so I am not happy. Check your bags at the bottom people as the last bag had a few usable ones on the top so it was not obvious until weeks had passed. I don’t think this was a “free return” so it’s a moot point. Bummer quality. Buyer beware.

So, I'm not the pac kinda girl. I prefer liquid detergent because it's less expensive. But I had some Amazon credits and decided to treat myself. I am quite surprised. These work so well. My glasses and plates come out sparkling. Although I always use the high heat setting, I'd think these work just as well with shorter cycles.However, I also have a second dishwasher. A countertop one because my floor model died during the pandemic and my superintendent wasn't quick to respond. In THAT machine, these are a waste because a smaller dishwasher doesn't need as much detergent as it uses much less water. So I wouldn't spend my own money on these for that reason.I've got about 20 left but I wouldn't spend my own money on these. I'll stick with Palmolive liquid gel. Less expensive and does the job 🤷‍♀️

I found the only dishwasher liquid that removes tea stains is Palmolive Liquid Gel. Sadly, it is difficult to find and if you can, it is EXTREMELY overpriced. I was hoping that the Palmolive Power Pacs would bea good substitute. Not so. First of all when they arrived, most of the pacs were broken and the contentshad spilled leaving a mess inside the bag. I don't know if that is the fault of the Company or the shippingpersonnel. However, with what was left I tried using them but they DID NOT remove the tea stains. NextI tried using 2 power pacs. It did a better job but still not the results I wanted. It does an OK job ifyou are not worried about tea stains but be prepared to use 2 pacs if you want the rest of your dishware to be sparkling clean.

I have repeatedly ordered these Palmolive PowerPacs because they are unscented (and 'biodegradable' - not sure what that really means for this kind of product). Do you know how difficult it is to find unscented dishwasher pods? VERY difficult, which is why despite some problems with how these look when they end up at my house, it still has me ordering them.I tried the one other unscented brand I'd heard of, and they didn't clean the dishes - left residue and my dishwasher still smelled like food - yuck. These really do clean.I don't get why we need our dishes to smell Mountain Fresh - I live in the mountains and our mountains smell like fresh air and clean, not like the pods, but whatevs. Or lemons, though that's not as bad as some. The scents are so strong, I have to rinse off my cups and glasses and silverware before using or I taste it - ugh - which defeats the purpose of saving water with a dishwasher!Most of these come intact, though a few have been a little dried up. One bag I had to return as it was destroyed inside - I mean, almost every pod was busted open and all the powder at the bottom of the bag. Don't know how that happened.As long as other manufacturers keep putting scents in their pods, it will have me returning to these.

Updated April 2024.Like a fool, I bought again. The new package is even more smashed up, and the pods are unusable. This is going back. UPDATE: I bought Finish Quantum 0 as a replacement. Much better: unscented, cleans well, not smashed. If you're reading this, buy the Finish.From 2023I searched hard for unscented detergent pods. These have no smell, and they clean the dishes well, so that's good. But as others have noted, the packaging is poor, and the pods are falling apart. There is a central large pod with powder in it, and two small side pods that should have green liquid in them. The liquid is mostly missing, and powder is accumulating at the bottom of the package. Poor quality.

I got it earlier then expected .. it was bubble wrapped and properly packaged .. so that is not the reason the broduct is almost a third broken powdered instead of gel packed .. super hard and brittle with the gel in the packs hard like the rest of the product ...imnot impressed at all I ordered dishwasher gel packs not broken packs powdered soap and a mess .. I'm guessing the product is 1.. old 2 has been frozen then thawed , or was damaged to begin with ..frankly I'd like to have a replacement product sent to me immediately .... I can't afford to replace the crap that was sent to me nor can I afford to not use the product as much as I am able .. I hope the seller stands behind the product and offers a replacement .. I'll keep you posted ...Thank you
