I wasn't sure what to expect with this. I decided to give it a try after seeing Dr. Andrew Huberman recommend it for improving sleep. It has a subtly sweet taste and mixes well into smoothies, shakes, or with water. I didn't notice any sleep improvements when taking this, but that is not a knock against the product or Now, which is always a reliable brand. I actually found that this gave a subtle but still noticeable energy boost for a few hours after taking it. Since it did not help my sleep, I have been mixing it into my morning coffee for an extra boost, or having some after lunch to help get me through the afternoon. Overall, the product is quality and you get what you are paying for at a reasonable price no less.

I use this to sleep! This really helps me sleep without feeling drugged and groggy. This was recommended to me by my doctor. A light sweet taste when mixed with 2 tablespoons of water.

I have struggled with Anxiety for years and all the medications that I have tried make it worse instead of better. I am helped with xanax but I can only take that once in awhile since it's addictive so I keep looking for something to help me on a day to day basis. I found out about Inositol Powder from reading reviews for anxiety medications so I decided to research it a bit. I decided to try this small container so that if it was a bust I would not be stuck with a huge bottle. I came back today to order a bigger bottle and figured I would write a review of my experience so far. This is a white powder that dissolves in water very easily. It has just a very slight sweet taste. From my reading, this can help with blood sugar and cholesterol as well as a few other things, at a relatively low dose. For anxiety it seems to require a larger dose. The dosing seems to be close to 18000 mg. This is only 730mg per 1/4 tsp so I increased it to a rounded teaspoon which I figured would be about 8 times that dose. That is about 5800mg so I am doing that about 3 times a day. I put my first dose in my morning coffee and mixed the others in some bottled drinks that I drink during the day. So far it's working out spreading it out throughout the day. I have not been using it long enough to tell if I just feel better or if it's really this supplement. I did have a little anxiety yesterday but it from something that happened instead of just randomly like my usual anxiety, so I discounted it. I think what I am noticing more than anything is that I just feel more motivated to do my daily things. More organized. My laundry is done, I am cleaning out drawers....I know what we are having for dinner ect. So I would say mental clarity and motivation and better energy overall. I know I have issues with insulin so I am hoping it helps that as well. The main thing with that is that even on a very low carb diet I have trouble losing weight. I have been on strict low carb since last spring and last fall just stopped losing. I did lose 30-35lbs but need to lose more. I am hoping this helps me get back to losing since my diet is clean. If I have more energy I might feel like getting out and doing more which should help. Anyway it's too soon to really tell if it's going to help with that. I will go ahead and leave this review, and come back to update when I have been on it a bit longer. I am giving it 4 stars for now since it's promising. This is a great product. Keep in mind that this can make you sleepy and help you sleep OR give you tons of energy. You don’t know how your body will react to it. It balances out several different things. Read about inositol before you buy this, but this brand is excellent.

Taken with magnesium this supplement has done wonders for my restless nights.

I had purchased this because it was said to help with stabilizing blood sugar and balancing energy. I started taking half the recommended amount daily and it was fine the first few days, but after a few days of taking it, I started noticing that I'd get light-headed randomly. I did some more research and found only two other people say they had a similar experience, but it is said to lower blood pressure. Being the my blood pressure is usually on the normal side, I could see this bringing it down maybe a little too much. I stopped taking it and felt better quickly. I hope it works better for other than it worked for me.
