i use this for GY6 50cc moped tail light and it workds extremely better than the stock bulb. much brighter at night and visible from far away. brightens the license plate as well. easy to install. fits right into place and comes with two if it should stop working but i think its a great value. i haven't had any issues. great product if your looking to brighten the back of your GY6 Scooter.

Worked like it should, very bright, easy install

The LUYED 3157 LED bulb was a much needed replacement for my factory bulbs. Easy to insert. And they are much brighter than the factory bulbs.

This is an excellent replacement for single-filament incandescent bulbs, like the 3156. HOWEVER, it is not a replacement for dual-filament bulbs, such as the 3157. Dual-filament bulbs have two filaments that are electrically isolated from each other, with one filament for use as a running light that comes on with the head lights and one bright filament that comes on as a brake light. These LED replacement bulbs are designed so that they short the filament terminals together at each end, which results in them acting like single-filament replacements at all times. When used as a replacement for 3157 bulbs, they produce an excellent bright brake light during the day. However, when the head lights and the rear running lights are turned on, these bulbs come on with full brightness and also let the center-high brake lights turn on. This results in a *DANGEROUS* condition, as there is no indication regarding whether or not the driver is braking. The short circuit in the LED bulbs between the filament terminals could also explain why others experienced blown fuses and damaged sockets. Like most LED replacement bulbs, these bulbs will not turn on if plugged in backwards. This is not a defect, just an irritation. The manufacturer can address this issue by placing a full-wave bridge rectifier between the terminals for each filament circuit and will need to do so to make these bulbs true replacements for dual-filament bulbs.. I purchased two pairs of the red bulbs and one pair of white bulbs and I am keeping the bulbs I installed for the turn signals and for the reverse lights. These really are excellent bulbs when used for single-filament applications and I would give them five stars for that use. I particularly like their focusing lens. However, they should not be used where two filaments are required.

Bulb fits the 3157 socket. Very bright backup light. This purchase was to replace the same LED bulb purchased in 2020 that went bad (I checked it by swapping the bulb with the opposite back-up light and confirmed the bulb was bad--not lighting up or dim when it did light up). The other bulb from the 2020 purchase is still good. So hopefully the replacement bulb will last longer than the bad bulb.

I used these LEB bulbs to replace a burned out incandescent license plate bulb ... while i was at it, i replaced all the interior bulbs ... the difference in brightness was amazing ... these little bulbs are magic!

Work great… but they do cause hyper flashing in my 2014 Silverado. I can add a resistor to each one or put regular bulbs back in.

As described and works well. The light is bright and very white. I am very pleased with the upgrade.

Brightness is good for 900 lumens looks much better than stock halogen bulbs. If u can go then go for their 1200 lumens but I prefer 900 lumens which is enough for reversing

Bought these for my 2006 GMC Sierra 1500 . They did not work at all on this truck. Not sure why - could be something to do with the models electrical system compatibility . Ended up plugging them into my 2001 Dodge 2500 and work great . Very bright , so all's good in the end .
