I use a foam roller daily. I needed to have a portable lightweight roller for travel. I did a lot of research and read a lot of reviews and decided to give this one a try. I was concerned that this one might be too short to be able to foam roll effectively. I am very pleasantly surprised by how much I LOVE this compact lightweight roller. It’s great!!! I am so glad I bought this one!

It’s a pretty good foam roller for travel definitely. A lot smaller than I expected. Due to the size, it’s limited to lower body work like hams, quads, calves etc. not great on the back/lats it’s hard to use being so small and I’m not a large guy. Good for travel though fits easily in my bag

I needed a roller for an upcoming trip, but was limited on space for my normal foam roller. I found this and gave it a try. It fit well in my carry on luggage and with it being hollow, I stuffed some socks in the center of this to maximize space. I suppose you could also use this to store any breakable items since it's very sturdy on the outside. It was different using something like this for my muscles, but with some minor adjustments, this worked perfectly for my situation to keep my muscles in check after a long flight and a lot of touristy walking. This also came in handy for any hotel gyms without rollers. Overall I'm happy with this purchase.

I have a larger foam roller for home, but I was going to travel for 3 weeks and needed to roll out my aches and paines while traveling. This roller is small, but dies the job. The best thing is that it doesn't take up too much space in my suitcase, and it is hollow, so you can stuff socks or whatever, so you don't lose valuable packing space!I will be taking it woth me on all of my travels!

Excellent, small scale foam roller. This is great for my gym bag as it is compact and travels very well.

I wasn't sure if the quality and functionality of this foam roller would be compromised being that it's smaller than a regular roller. I'm happy to report that it's just as good. I packed it for a recent trip, and my wife and I have been using it in our hotel room everyday. I actually like it a bit more than the regular sized one we have at home because you can more effectively roll certain muscles due to the smaller diameter. Great buy! Super happy with this and will take it everywhere with us from now on.

Love this roller. Got it for travel and it is perfect sized. It is firm enough for deep muscle rolling. I really like the treaded foam on the outside. I had always used the thick hard rollers. This is a welcome upgrade. I also like that you can pack stuff in the open middle.
