I did a lot of research before finally choosing this pitcher. Yes there are other great filter pitchers out there, but they don’t filter out the outrageous issue we have today...microplastics! Thanks to detergent pods that are Petroleum based, our drinking water is full of plastic and we are all digesting this! Not only is LifeStraw an already reputable company, they give back and help others obtain clean water. The main filter lasts a year! The water tastes great and free of microplastics! The filtration process is a little slow, but it’s a two filtration step so I’m okay with it. I bought the smaller of the two glass pitcher and it looks beautiful on my countertop.

Si mejora el sabor del agua. Lo único que no me gusto y en ningún lado dice que la jarra filtra muy lento te tardas mucho en llenarla

The glass jug is fine however the filter arrived cracked so water is not being filtered correctly which defeats the purpose of my water filter.

Using the brand name filter replacement on a water pitcher filter system is something you don't want to skimp on if you expect great results! The filter is simple to use, rinse with cold water 5 mins and install. It does a great job and water tastes amazing ! Thank you ,
