Haven't updated my cookware in some time and the 10 inch pan from my old one finally gave out. This baby is so great I may upgrade to a full set! Even heat distribution, non-stick, it's perfect.

I've bought one T-fal fry pan after another over the years. I really like them for everyday sauteing. But, because I use them with high heat, they do eventually start to lose a little of the nonstick coating, so I replace them right away. Their price is so reasonable, I don't mind doing that. What's nice is that this one has small pour spouts on two sides, at 90 degrees from the handle.

Just do what the instructions say to keep it nice so it doesn't warp and you're fine.

I've spent a fortune over the years on Scanpan, All-Clad, Calphalon, etc., and none of them maintain their nonstick properties for more than a couple of years. This is a $15 pan and it works fine. When it loses its nonstick ability I don't mind dumping it and getting another one. The sides are sloping so keep in mind that the 10 1/4" pan only has a 7 1/2" cooking surface. Yes, it is really thin and heats up very fast. I guess a thicker pan has more even heat distribution which makes for a better pan, but I really can't tell the difference. I mean, the food gets cooked.

It arrived badly bent, not usable. But it seemed like a cheaply made pan. I ended up buying a more expensive model, also T-fal, and am loving it. This one may work for you, but I am glad I didn't stay with it. So I am giving it three stars, meaning it is kind of ok, maybe even better. But the difference is noticeable when compared to a better pan. You get what you pay for, oftentimes that is the case.

I would buy this skillet again. It needed to be used about two times before I got the results i like when frying meat or eggs. It does a great job for being even in the heat distribution and I love the little side "spouts" on two of the sides.
