Had been using major manufacturer grey pull-ons in different absorbencies for past two years, but due to much weight loss, Small size became too big resulting in much leakage, even when wearing two. Even worse was they fell apart following high fluid intake/output, and cleaning up the slimy absorbent gel pellets is no easy task. I often felt moisture on the outside, requiring full clean-up and dry routine followed by diaper rash creme application, and replacing a wet t-shirt and damp pants LivDry’s XSmall size fits and conforms well to his 95lb frame. Have been using daily for a month and am so pleased with the quality. Skin is dryer in between changes, no wet clothes, significantly fewer bed pad changes, and no need for diaper creme. Tear-away sides a huge plus (no more scissors). Wears Levi’s 511 or track suit pants when we go out you can’t tell the difference from his usual underpants.

I use these on my special needs daughter at night. She’s a petite 8 year old and doesn’t fit in the baby/toddler diapers (max size 7) or the adult diapers. I purchased these in an XS and use a north shore booster pad with them at night. I like these! They are a little big but so far, with the booster pad, these are working well and appear to be much more comfortable. They come up nice and high too on the waist line so it holds everything in better if you have a BM to clean up.

Xs fits my boxer and appears comfortable. Pale blue line allows me to find front of brief for best fit and effective absorption. These work better than the dog diapers we tried but we do miss a hole for her nub.

My very petite (4 ft 11inches and less than 90 lbs) 93 year old mother had purchased many different brands of small and even the very hard to find extra small incontinence underwear. We even resorted to products for children which were too bulky. None of them worked for her until I found these. Finally she can wear them without feeling self-conscious. They are easy to use and the little ruffles allow her a sense of femininity. She uses them primarily for "accidents" so I cannot speak to issues around absorbancy, but it has done a lot for her ability to feel comfortable enough to leave the house.

I was very disappointed with these. We purchased for our special needs 10-yr old child. According to the size chart, these were the right size for him and when wearing them, they fit well without any gapping. However, of the 7 nights we used these diapers, 6 of those mornings he woke up completely soaking wet, his pajamas and bedding both completely drenched, leaving me to strip the bed and do laundry every single day that week. The diaper was completely saturated in the front, but the wetness didn't leech up towards the back like most other diapers do when one part becomes saturated to ensure continued absorbancy. The. back portion was completely dry inside the diaper. I will be seeking a refund and returning these.

My elderly mother is very small. LivDry fits perfectly and is not too small. My mother said they feel comfortable and gives her peace of mind when she can't get to the rest room quick enough. I feel the need to update my review from 5 stars to 3. I think LivDry works very well for my mother during the day. My mother had an accident and could not get out of the bed so we used the LivDry and would change them as necessary which was no problem. However, when she used them to sleep in overnight and unable to get out of the bed, they were soaked and would leak on the bed by the time she woke up in the morning. I originally used this brand because it was hard finding anything XS that would fit and be comfortable. So they were fine for daytime, but I would not recommend for overnight. I have since found another product that also comes in XS and works great overnight (so far, fingers crossed).
