YMMV but I thought the people saying they could notice a difference right away were paid reviews but I don't think so anymore lol. Just a couple hours after taking it with my usual stack and my mood is significantly brighter, I'm calm and focused but also feel pretty motivated. That's exactly what I was hoping for when researching this herb. I already take Ashwa (35% Ws) at night so I'm familiar with adaptogens but unfortunately Ashwagandha makes me sleepy so I needed something for the day and this certainly seems to scratch that itch. I guess my only concerns at this point are how long the effects last, or will I develop a tolerance and they'll be less noticeable? It definitely seems like these are working well with the amino acids I take for focus, clarity, and memory. I've tried loads of supplements for this as I have ADHD and refuse to take narcotic amphetamines, so it's pretty essential to how I function at work etc. I haven't had the best of luck with some of the usual recommendations like lion's mane, ginko, ginseng etc but this along with the ALA/ALC, L Tyrosine, NAC, and Taurine that I take isn't as effective granted, but it does work well enough to keep me off of them. Hardly any smell or odor. If anything, barely an herbal and veg cellulose aroma but it's incredibly faint to a very sensitive nose and far from being unpleasant. Appreciate the quality, higher concentration of Salidroside (which I believe to be the star of the show), quantity and price. Will update in 60 days to reflect on it's long term effects.

I bought this because I read somewhere that this herb might be able to send signals to your kidneys to hold on to water longer. I pee all the time and get dehydrated. I wasn't sleeping more than three and a half hours at a time. It might totally be a coincidence but I'm able to sleep at least 5 usually now. And I started dreaming again. And I'm starting to feel more sane. I hope this can help me until the doctors figure it out or my trauma lessens. I started taking black currant oil at the same time so it's possible that it is that that is helping me rather than this. But, the results sort of match up with what I read so who knows. I haven't tried another brand.

It was amazing how many ailments this supplement treats, and you can actually tell a difference almost immediately after taking the first dose. I noticed increased energy, reduced fatigue, stress levels were practically non existent, and it curbed my appetite ever so slightly. There were no negative side effects that I could notice. The product packaging looks great, it’s definitely on par with other similar supplements in the same category. The quality of the supplement was excellent, I noticed that it started to work almost immediately. I couldn’t wait to share my experience with friends and family and I will definitely be sending some more customers your way in the near future. This is my first time taking this supplement so I was not sure what to expect. I do get a very mild burst of energy/euphoria on taking just one capsule in the morning with my morning coffee. I also seem to have a greater sense of calm after several weeks of taking the product. Might be worth a try, no complaints!

Not sure how to rate it because I couldn’t use it long term. After 2-3 days I was having issues and remembered I’m allergic to Ragweed. These capsules affected me so I’m confident it has the earthy stuff in it that is says it has. Gave it away to someone who could use it.

I actually feel better when taking this supplement. It calms me down a bit and although subtle it also lifts my spirits. And guess the best thing although I don't quite understand it helps me to cut down on my terrible smoking habit/addiction. Not dramatic but in view of the fact very few things I have tried haven't really done anything I highly recommend this product. Good value. Just one a day for me but I'm on the small side. Try it!

I am very impressed with this Rhodiola Rosea. I have a feeling of well-being from this supplement, and I am sleeping better at night. Also, I have a very sensitive stomach and I do not have any reaction to the pepper which has been included in the description.
