| Recommended Uses For Product | After shampooing, towel dry hair. Wearing gloves, apply mask to hair, avoiding scalp area. Comb through for even distribution. Leave on for 5-10 mins, depending on desired neutralisation. 5 mins for subtle neutralisation, 10 mins for maximum neutralisation. Rinse thoroughly. |

Best for dry bleached/higlighted hair
Never get disappointed with Redken. My hair is dry even without bleaching. Purple shampoo wouldn't be the best solution for very dry hair. This is why I use the purple mask: I get the anti-brass effect plus the mask benefit. I sometimes mix it with the all-soft conditioner. Both leave-in treatments, like their bond builder, and all soft works magic for bleached hair, and their anti-frizz oil.

I use with regularity
I have been using REDKEN products for some time and I’m a fan. Whilst reducing brass tones in my hair, it also makes an excellent conditioner.

Good for white hair as well as blonde.
My hair is naturally snowy grey and this mask brings out a lovely bright ness to grey hair. Great value for money.

No more blues
IV used many silver shampoos, conditioners, and hair treatments, but they all left my hair with a purple tint. The Redken Blue Shampoo, however, doesn't leave any blue residue and effectively neutralizes all the yellow tones, leaving my hair looking bright and white. I highly recommend it! --- Would

Perfect toner that also adds shine
This is a wonderful product. The brassy tones in my hair simply disappeared. It smells nice and gives a warm tone rather than a purple tint. It is very purple but don’t panic the end result is stunning.

Not impressed
I have used redken purple shampoo and conditioner before and they were really good at making my hair look less brassy, soft and leaving it feeling healthy. This mask however did nothing. I left it on for 8 minutes, normally the shampoo would have already done its thing by then. I am going to try 10-12 minutes next time, but not really sure if it's going to make a difference. I find it very expensive as well, especially if it doesn't work at all. The shampoo only costs £16 and delivers (better) results. I will come back with an update.
