Customer service has been excellent. The shipping box was not damaged however two of the little cups were broken. As soon as I contacted customer service, they replied immediately and responded that they would replace the cups that had been broken. The tea set is beautifu and is a fantastic set for the money.

I got the deep green tea set as a wedding gift for my friend . The package arrived on time checked the set no dings scrapes or broken parts . Love the deep green color pairs well with gold lace its simple but gorgeous and the quality and sturdiness of the set for the price chefs kiss! Would buy again

Very pleased with this tea set. Everyone commented on how cute it is. Alot of pieces but the pot and cups are small.

This is the most beautiful thing i have ever seen😹no seriously! The colors are so bold and immaculate. I would have rated a five star, but there were some cracks and breaks on a cup and a plate…the cup handle was broke but the pieces were under the teapot as if someone knew it was broke and still placed them in there anyway.😞and im not sure how only one plate broke. Overall we still have enough cups and plates to have a great time.

My husband surprised me with this for my birthday! I absolutely love it! He even planned a tea party with my friends :)
