I had inflammation in the knee, only one need that hurt me consistently. After taking this product within the first few days I realized the thing went away. Also it doesn't leave a fishy aftertaste. I like this product. Price wise I give it a five star also for the amount you get is fantastic.

It is harder to find the smaller 500mg softgels like these anymore. I take the 1000mg ones myself but my Mother cannot tolerate the 1 gram softgels because they give her heartburn, so it is nice to be able to give her these 500mg servings that she can tolerate and still get the benefits of krill oil and astaxanthin.
