I am professional makeup artist & hairstylist I got this crimping iron for professional use…it only came on the moment I got it out of the package..it heated well too…so I was happy ..kept it in my hair bag..and the next time I wanted to use it on my client ..it never came on.. I’m so disappointed..by then it was to late to return too.. Complete waste of money and pretty embarrassing too..
