Formula and Effect
There are issues with this ore workout thag do arise, u have the citeraline and Malic acid 2:1 ratio, the lack of focus ingredients and so on. It’s just mainly an energy drink now which doesn’t do justice to Redcon1. Don’t get me wrong this isn’t terrible but by itself just not good enough. I recommend getting the 9g scoop pre-reformulation non stim version which houses better tastes. If you aren’t aware of the pre-formulated one check YouTube “Fitness Deal News Total War”.
