Tasteless. Great for joints.
Absolutely brilliant. Really great for joints. An old injury I manage remains discomfort free when I am taking this regularly. It’s tasteless and therefore great in my porridge.

I add this to an ice latte each morning. I like it has no flavour. I notice I don't have so much soreness after a weight session and my skin is smoother, not as dry.
