I was a little sceptical as to wether this would make any difference to the plantar fasciitis that I was encountering, but have to say I was very happy with the results of using this roller. After only a couple of days there is a significant decrease in the amount of pain I am getting....highly recommended and as always delivered quickly from Amazon and product is of good quality.

I’ve had plantar fasciitis for three months or so. At the beginning the GP said take ibuprofen for two weeks and it should go. Three months later, changing footwear (which has helped the pain (wearing wide toe box shoes)), and doing some exercises and it hasn’t gone. I’ve also been using a lacrosse massage ball under my foot. BUT I’ve now had this roller for two days and I can honestly say that I feel like it is going to make my plantar fasciitis get better and hopefully go. It’s already a tonne better. Like a miracle, I whole heartedly recommend it 100%

Can be uncomfortable to use. I was in so much pain with my heel after starting back to the gym, with 5 minutes use of this and the pain was gone. Good idea to use first thing in the morning. I have it beside my bed on the floor and use it before I get out of bed.

Was hoping this could help with my plantar fasciitis but it hasn't helped much at all. FYI, if you have ticklish feet it's a nightmare to use! My kids think it looks like a dog toy.

Bought this for my foot pain, the roller is a one piece design that seems to be well made (better than the Chinese "wheeled" versions out there) and is made from rigid rubber. Overall, it works well and seems durable.

Hard painful spikes and knobbles that you really don’t want to put your foot on at first and for the first few seconds that’s certainly the case… but, with a bit of persistence it really does seem to relieve existing pain. Can’t imagine it’s a miracle cure for everyone but eased it for me.

I have plantar fasciitis and this has helped so much with the pain. Using the roller is the only way I'm able to get out of bed in the morning and start walking due to the stiffness and pain that builds up in the night and from the day before. I can't live without it! Be warned though using for the first few times is EXCRUCIATING you have to push through and then all pain subsides.

Item came quickly and as described. Great! These things actually tickle and prickle more than massage, and they have a medicinal, almost poisonous chemical smell that didn't wash off after 48 hours of soaking in a small basin. Sometimes I get nervous - I feel like I'm just rubbing chemicals into my skin. I asked a friend, and they said that it smelled more like lemon to them. But still, I think it's weird that plastic could be imbued with such a strong odor that never fades. The massage is a bit painful if you lean in too hard, because the nubs are really small. In some senses I actually think that might be better for stimulation of blood flow and awakening nerves. But if you're looking for a gentle, warm massage, this is not it. It feels kind of like walking on a hedgehog. However, I'll say this - my feet feel very invigorated after using this tool. They just don't feel like the muscles have been warmed up and stretched out. So again, if you're looking for a spikier, more invigorating experience, this would be great! (Minus the weird smell) If you want a deeper, less prickly massage, look for something else.
