Big muscle Freak gave me allergic rashes all over my body. Everytime i consumed the product i get this sensation that ants are crawling all over my body. I wish i could upload my picture here to show you all how serious these rashes were. Dont even try this product - care for your body.The only good thing about the product is that it tastes good.

People in the reviews are like start with ¼ or ½ scoop, but for a intermediate those are like nothing even 1 scoop doesn't give that much irritation and tingling sensation for a long time you just feel itching or some sort of irritation at the start but as the time passes by it fades easily but the energy boost you get is good a lot of sweating will be there and good for intense workout sessions. Good choice for beginners . Other people if you want something more explosive this is not the choice . This is a budget friendly good pre workout that's what this is .

The product does what it says. I'm an intermediate lifter and this was my first pre workout supplement.Took half scoop at first day.Firstly the experience was amazing. Normally i feel tired around the last batch of exercises.Having this prr workout not only made me complete the full workout, I also increased the weight of the plates.And cherry on top, i was so much bursting with energy, I even did cardio for 20 mins.It's absolutely amazing.Now coming to the negatives.1. I experienced a bit of itching on day 1,but when i applied talcum powder, it stopped.2. The powder tends to clump up inside the box when i kept the box outside. Then I put it inside my wardrobe in dry and dark.. It stopped clumping.Overall 5/5. The positives massively outweigh the negatives.

It's a little light pre-workout. Not very strong in one scoop. Two scoops will be good for medium level gym goer.But I got it for 349, 17 servings, it's fine as per that price.Got the sex on the beach flavour, not too bad. Nice.
