Torn packet and poor quality barley.
The barley which I received was very bad quality. It was already torn fron inside and when I opened it the grains fell over the floor. It had a lot of insects inside the packet. This is very disappointing. If such products are sold online it breaks customers trust. The seller should check product quality before shipping.
