It is drying my clothes BUT
It is drying my clothes BUT the self cleaning feature is a not working poorly ,at list on my device. After just 2 uses is asking me to clean the filters. The water is not extracted from the bottom tray and si getting mouldy down there. For the money I payed and the high class brand the device it should perform better.

Overcomplicated
Our old dryer was easy: shove items in, press start, clean the lint filter regularly. Decided to switch to a heat pump to reduce running costs. This model is 'auto clean' but it regularly asks to have the filters and drip tray removed and washed. The programs are baffling and the condenser unit kept filling up with water despite it being plumbed in. We had to get the installers back and also Bosch engineers, neither of whom would touch it as it was in a cabinet above the washing machine. Eventually we decided to fix it ourselves by watching a Youtube video. It's taken more than 3 months from delivery for this machine to drain via the hose. Just checked my energy usage: It dropped for 2 months but now back up, so no significant savings in running costs which is disappointing given how much this cost to purchase. Two stars because it has a large load capacity, is relatively quiet and has a towel drying option.
