3M™ Transpore™ Surgical Tape 1527-1, 1 inch x 10 yard (2,5cm x 9,1m), 12 rolls/box

This 3M tape is an excellent value for my purposes because of the following characteristics: 1. Superior adhesion, even when wet (after the initial seal is formed to the skin); 2. Easily torn from the roll. You can perform a clean, straight tear on this tape either horizontally or vertically. Impressive! 3. Non-irritating to skin. 4. No distinct odor. I bought this specifically to use with the DealMed 1” strips I purchased from Amazon because their adhesion is almost non-existent and it was too late to return them. This is a high quality surgical tape. Buy with confidence!

My dad is 95 and every tape that I use pulled his skin or irritated it. I went through a lot of different kinds of tape. They didn't stay stuck or was hard to get off. This tape leaves a little residue and you may need to get residue remover like Goo gone bandage remover. It's by far the best tape I've found. They used it for my father's surgical dressing which is how I discovered it but no one at the hospital could seem to guide me in the right direction for getting anymore so after using a lot of different tapes trying to find it, this is the one that I found that's closest to the surgical tape they used in the hospital. It's great. It tears easy. You don't need scissors. You can easily tear it away from any gauze dressing for a quick change then go back and remove the rest of the tape from the skin later or tape on top of the old tape for less irritation. Never need scissors. It can leave behind a little stickiness around the edge but that's easily removed and well worth the effort for the comfort of knowing that the tape won't irritate his skin.

The tape that I purchased is one inch wide. The strip of tape can easily be torn into more narrow strips. I use the tape for keeping my machine embroidery applique material from moving when stitching. It also remove easily.

Perfect amount in each roll. Good grip.nice width. Easy to carry rolls.zero smell.removes easily and very durable.

best wound dressing there is. Also, handy for other tasks, like flexible joints for painted crafts.

Good tape for mouth breathers. Easy to tear apart and works well for keeping your mouth closed at night to prevent dryness. However, it does leave a sticky residue in the morning.

the adhesive strength of this tape is just right, holding dressings firmly in place with the ability to be removed without pulling on the skin to much, I have bought again since. very good product, its a big 👍 from me thank you.

This is NOT for frequent wound dressings because this sticks too well on the skin and won’t come off easily. So make sure to order this if you are not required to change your wound dressing on a daily basis
