Gottex Women's Gold Standard Surplice One Piece Swimsuit

I wear a standard size 14. Apparently, some mistake was made at the factory because there is no way this suit is a 14. I have 2 other Gottex swimsuits (1 of which is only 3 months old so I know I haven't gained weight). My size 10 friend tried on the suit and it fit her perfectly. I don't know if all the suits in this pattern were either mislabeled or sewn incorrectly but my advice is do not buy this pattern swimsuit. Personally, although I like my other 2 Gottex swimsuits, I will not buy another suit from them.

It's nice, but a little long in the torso. I'm 5'4" and it's just too long so a little droopy in the rear, but I'm keeping it b/c it's beautifully finished and comfortable. A size 10 fits well on me usually.

Suit was ;not quite up to GOTTEX standards. It was fully lined, unlike some of the others I had ordered and returned. However, the cups of this suit was 'sloppy'. Very little support, should have been much more snug for better to support. The rest of the suit fit ok, but since the bust was way too big, I returned it.

I'm a size 18, 50+ age with a 'middle tyre' and this suit looks great on. Haven't swum in it yet, so can't review it 'post pool/beach' but I'll feel good on the sun lounger at least. Will post again once i've given it a dip....

My sister bought this one too. I think she looks great in it but she prefers the blueGottex Women's Ishtar V-Neck One Piece, China Blue, 8 and wears that one more often. That's the only reason I gave it a 4 star instead of a 5 star.

I always assume that suits run true to size, so if you wear a 10 in today's clothing, that really is a 14 in "real" size. The suit is cute, cute, cute! Flattering, yet not too revealing. Love it!

I was disappointed as this suit is not as flattering as previous Gottex swimwear I've had, so I returned it as it's expensive and needs to be perfect.The colour is great, however.

Estoy muy decepcionada del traje. Lo esperaba con mucho entusiasmo. El que te muestran en la imagen de Amazon es el cuello cuadrado por delante y redondo por atrás y el que me mandaron en lugar de cuello cuadrado tiene un escote en V con olan alrededor del escote y el cuello de atrás es completamente cuadrado, además de que el estampado aunque tiene flores no coinciden con la imagen. Tengan cuidado al comprarlo porque no me parece de la calidad de 3 mil pesos y te mandan un diseño parecido pero no el mismo que aparece en la foto. Por otro lado realmente me parece cómodo y ajustable. Espero poderlo cambiar por el modelo que yo pedí. Aún así el traje no es feo, aunque depende mucho de gustos, a mí no me gustan para nada los escotes en V y menos tan cuadrados en la espalda.
