I bought this because it was 42 inches wide and I needed the with at the top of my stairway.. but it was hell getting it assembled mainly because the inner wood door slats are very thin and easily cracked.. it had some nicks and a few cracks in it but we touched it up with a furniture pen.. next time I will buy one fully assembled.

Stickers are hard to remove and leave residue that is also hard to clean. Door also came pretty warped with cracks in the wood. Pretty easy to put together and hang.

Cheap wood, cheap hardware, cheap stain. Not such a deal at this point.

This was a lot easier than I expected from the bad reviews, but I got mines as expected in good condition no warping or missing pieces. Used it for the entrance to divide the kitchen and family room. Looks great and for the price was even better.

If you or your spouse is a perfectionist with OCD do NOT buy this product…! You know the saying “measure twice cut once” well… with my husband it’s… this door is crap…! This freaking door won’t stay together…! This dumb @$$ door is a freaking nightmare…! I’m going to hang this d&mn door and I give it one month before it completely comes apart…! Never again… I will spend the money to hire someone to build me a door and install it… that’s what I get for trying to save money.
